The Bloom Arts Foundation (BAF) is is seeking a passionate, organized, and mission-aligned individual to join our team as a Part-Time Development Associate. This role is ideal for someone early in their nonprofit or development career who is eager to grow and learn in a supportive environment. The Development Associate will play a key role in donor research, outreach, communications, and grant support - helping us build relationships that sustain and expand our impact. Training and mentorship will be provided to help the right candidate deepen their skills and grow with our organization over time, with potential to eventually expand to a full-time position.
